The biggest phone launch + the hottest game in the world = GALAXY MAN!
To celebrate the launch of the hotly anticipated Galaxy Note 9 Samsung partnered with Epic Game’s insanely popular ‘Battle Royale’ game to give fans something special by releasing the ‘Galaxy Man’ skin.
After the skin was in fan’s hands (see what I did there), we asked them to share their best in-game highlights for a chance to play with Ninja, the game’s biggest streamer and become part of the #NinjaGalaxySquad. We received ~2.6 billion social media impressions and made the Galaxy Skin one of the most talked about and most-wanted skins for playing Fortnite.
Given the passion for the game and the new phone, The stunning number of entries, and even though we could only choose one winner, we still wanted to give shoutouts to all that entered so we created a compilation video, showcasing the world just how talented our gamers are. The grand prize winner got a chance to play Fortnight with Twitch streamer Ninja, acclaimed actress Awkwafina, and hip hop star, Travis Scott.
